Description[ | ]
The Bear, also known as Honey Kiss, acts as both the narrator and the main antagonist of the story. He wishes to see Horatio die and enjoys the general suffering and chaos of the world as a result of Honey Hug's death, whom was killed by Hatty Hattington at the end of Battleblock Theater.
Honey Hug also appears at the end cutscene of Battleblock Theater, but Honey Kiss is not yet revealed during the cutscene.
When the game is completed for the second time, Honey Kiss observes the now happier world with sadness. The Speckled Horse then flies towards him, and makes his deepest wish true. Resurrecting Honey Hug; The end screen has Honey Kiss back to his old, happier self, dancing around the now revived Honey Hug.

The Bear throwing the spaceship back to the city.
The Bear will move the City to a new location every 3-7 returns to the city.
During the Bear fight level, he will move his hand to scratch, dealing damage to units in the range.

• Honey Kiss is voiced by Will Stamper, sharing the voice of the narrator in the Behemoths previous game, Battle Block Theater.
• Honey Hug is also discovered to be the Narrator from Battle Block Theater.
